Time to get your laces on!

JLL and construction firms support Rainbow Laces campaign

As part of JLL’s continued involvement in promoting diversity and inclusion in the construction sector and in the run up to London’s Pride March the firm is encouraging construction companies to join the Rainbow Laces campaign established last summer by Stonewall - the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality charity.

Tetris–bluu, VolkerFitzpatrick and BW have all signed up to receive the laces which will be worn by their employees this week as a visible symbol of support for making the construction industry a more open and welcoming place for the LGBT community.

JLL constantly strives to be at the forefront of promoting inclusion and diversity and the campaign will be a first within a property and construction advisory organisation, headed up by its very own Building Consultancy, Cost Management and Project Management teams. JLL's influence within the property sector combined with support from leading construction and fit-out firms will help to make the sector a better and safer place to work.
