JLL appoints Simon Benison as lead director of Corporate Estates Management team

​London, 9th June, 2016 – JLL has recruited Simon Benison as lead director of its Corporate Estates Management (CEM) team.

He joins JLL from Bilfinger GVA where he was a director in the firm’s Occupier Consulting team. He has over 20 years’ experience providing a variety of corporate real estate services to occupiers gained in both private practice and corporate environments.

Recently, Simon’s roles have placed particular emphasis on the provision of consultancy advice and undertaking account management roles on outsourced property contracts for office, retail and industrial clients.

Commenting on the new hire, John Duckworth, lead director Occupier Services at JLL, said: “Simon’s appointment underlines JLL’s commitment to investing in its suite of lifecycle services for corporates. Simon’s extensive estates consulting experience will help to further evolve the high calibre service that JLL’s CEM team has delivered to its clients over the past decade.”
