New tenant secures full occupancy at Imperial Park, Linwood

GLASGOW, 25 April 2016 – M7 Real Estate has secured a 20,083 sq ft letting at its 90,646 sq ft industrial park near Glasgow.

Supply Technologies has taken the unit on a 10-year lease, meaning Imperial Park in Linwood is now fully occupied for the first time since it was built in 2007.

"This demonstrates the ongoing demand for well-located, modern units across the central belt," said Euan Burns, M7 asset manager in Scotland.

"This property is now fully let for the first time, and is testament to M7's capability to undertake targeted and proactive asset management to transform a property that was 25% vacant to fully let."

Andrew McCracken, director of JLL added: "Imperial Park has generated good interest over the years. Achieving 100% occupancy is a great achievement and proof that the location and terms meet the demand of discerning occupiers seeking a quality location in Renfrewshire."

The park was acquired by M7 in January 2015. JLL and Savills acted for M7 Real Estate. LSH acted for Supply Technologies.
