JLL strengthens Building Consultancy offer across London’s emerging centres

With Matt Neave appointed as Director



LONDON, 7th March, 2016 - JLL has appointed Matt Neave as Director in its Building Consultancy team, further strengthening the firm’s service offering in the City and wider London market.

Arriving from Macegreen Consultancy Ltd, Matt brings over 15 years building surveying and project management experience to JLL having worked with a variety of public and private sector clients including Schroders, The Pollen Estate and Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management.

Rob Knight, Head of Building Consultancy, JLL, said: “Matt is a fantastic addition to our City based Building Consultancy team, and he has been brought in to focus on growing our refurbishment offer in Central London and emerging office hotspots including Kings Cross, East London and Croydon. Having been co-director of the dilapidations team at Deloitte Real Estate between 2010-12, his extensive experience advising both investors and occupiers will also help reinforce what is already a very strong part of our offer.”
