Three Promotions for JLL in Scotland


SCOTLAND, 27 January 2016 – Leading property consultancy JLL in Scotland announces a hat-trick of consultant promotions.

Deirdre McCarthy, Planning & Renewables (Edinburgh) has been promoted to senior planner; Andrew Armstrong, Industrial (Glasgow) to senior surveyor and Victoria Freed, Shopping Centre Management (Glasgow) to assistant surveyor.

Andrew Armstrong, a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, has been with JLL in Glasgow since early 2014, while Heriot-Watt University graduate Deirdre McCarthy has worked as a planning consultant with JLL in Edinburgh since 2011. Victoria Freed graduated from a MSc Real Estate course at Glasgow University in 2015 and joined JLL in 2014.

JLL in Scotland employs approximately 120 staff across its two offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Over the past year, the business in Scotland has added three new graduates and supported four JLL graduates through their qualifications as chartered surveyors with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), underlining its commitment to developing the next generation of property professionals.
