Gemini Park secures two more lettings

​Manchester, Monday 25th March  – Garage door specialist, Signature Doors, has expanded its presence at Warrington’s Gemini Park by adding Unit 7 – total 5,020 sq ft – to its existing accommodation at Units 8 and 9.

The firm now occupies over 15,000 sq ft at the site with its decision to grow its footprint while renewing its previous lease agreement.

Signature Doors uses its Warrington base to assemble garage doors for distribution as well as for storing stock.

Eileen Bilton Partnership has also negotiated a letting of Unit 3 measuring 3,350 to Uber Kuchen on a new 3 lease. 

Richard Johnson, Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, Industrial and Logistics in Manchester, said: “Signature Doors had been talking to the landlord for several months about taking more space on Gemini Park and when Unit 7 became vacant, it gave Signature Doors an opportunity to expand their business whilst staying on site. 

“We were able to not only retain Signature Doors as a key tenant on the park but to also let them a further 5,020 s qft within a short period of Unit 7 becoming vacant.  With the lettings of Units 3 in Unit 7 within quick succession of each other, we now have only Unit 4 available on Gemini Park, measuring 3,950 sq ft.”

Jones Lang LaSalle and Eileen Bilton Partnership are the joint letting agents on the scheme.
