150 St Vincent Street set to tempt tenants

JLL and C&W launch fourth floor at prime office building

GLASGOW, 25 November 2015 – One of Glasgow's premier business addresses has put its newly-refurbished fourth floor on the market.

150 St Vincent Street launched the 10,824 sq. ft. fourth floor, which is being marketed by JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.

The building's common parts have also undergone a major refurbishment, with the entrance and reception area completely remodelled.

Featured prominently in the reception area is a colourful Highland Cow, designed to show how the building 'stands out from the herd'.

Alistair Reid, Director, JLL, said: "We are pleased to launch the fourth floor at 150 St Vincent Street. I'm sure that thanks to the extensive refurbishment it will prove popular with potential tenants.

"And with the work done to the other areas of the building, companies already based here will also see the benefits."

The specification for the fourth floor included raised floors, air conditioning, suspended ceilings and modern LED lighting.

150 St Vincent Street is home to JLL's Glasgow office, as well as Allianz, Towergate Insurance, Irwin Mitchell and Monster Worldwide.

The site benefits from a number of nearby bars and restaurants, while it is also close to both Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations.

150 St Vincent Street is being asset managed by Cube Real Estate.
