JLL advises Advanced Computer Software Group on new national headquarters

London, 10 November 2015 - Leading UK software provider, Advanced Computer Software Group Ltd. (Advanced), today announces the official opening of its new national headquarters in Ditton Park, a prestigious parkland development located near Heathrow Airport.

Advanced, the third largest UK-based software provider to the UK market, has invested in the brand new state-of-the-art office in response to rapid growth in recent years. The Group has grown its revenue to more than £200 million in just six years and was acquired by private equity firm, Vista Equity Partners (Vista) for an enterprise value of £750 million in March 2015.

The 20,000 sq ft office will accommodate up to 200 employees, the majority of whom re-located from the company's former headquarters in Cobham, Surrey last month.

Ditton Park, based in Slough, provides a premium working environment for staff, who have access to a large restaurant, coffee shop, gym, tennis courts, sports pitches and a children's centre. The office is easily accessible with close proximity to all train, air and motorway links.

Advanced is placing more of a focus on investment in people than ever before and is currently rolling out an ambitious UK-wide recruitment drive, to attract the best talent.

Gordon Wilson, CEO, Advanced Computer Software Group says, "Advanced is a great company with ambitious growth plans to become a world class business. Our investment in these new cutting edge facilities is part of our wider strategy to foster more collaborative working, while further driving expansion.

"Our new headquarters provides a fantastic working environment for our staff and is an excellent facility to showcase to our customers. These are exciting times for the business and our employees are energised by all the opportunities that are on the horizon."

JLL's South East Office Tenant Representation team advised Advanced Computer Software Group throughout the transaction.
