Commenting on completion of the sale, James Thomas – Lead Director, Residential Development & Investment at JLL said: “We are delighted that we have been able to successfully dispose of the site on behalf of J+P to the Berkeley Group. This is a complex site in a prime Central London location that has incredible development potential and will provide some much needed homes once completed.”

Cllr Robert Davis, Deputy Leader of Westminster Council said: "We are delighted this vacant site has been acquired by Berkeley Homes and will finally deliver much needed new homes and jobs after being vacant for so long.
