JLL promotes 14 in Manchester

Manchester, 18 August 2015 – Property consultant JLL has promoted 14 of is North West team across 10 specialisms as part of a national wave of promotions.

The promotions include an appointment to regional director level – Heather Morrey in Property & Asset Management – and two appointments to national director level - James Porteous of the National Investment team and Jonathan Wiedemann in Buildings & Construction.

In the Residential Agency team, Louise Emmott has become a local director and Tina Clinton an associate director.

In addition Andy Lynn (Industrial and Logistics), Frazer Sandwith (Planning & Development) and Carol Stollery (Property & Asset Management) have all been promoted to local directors.

Matt Harber (Corporate Accounts), Louise Hunter (Retail Management), Rosie Williams (Property & Asset Management), Georgina Rose (Valuation Advisory), and Timothy Russell (Buildings & Construction) have all been promoted to associate director and Andrew Rands is now a senior surveyor in Office Agency.

Two new team members have also joined the firm's ranks – Anna Roberts as a surveyor in its Building Consultancy team and Stuart Collier as senior surveyor in Valuation Advisory.
