Two promoted at JLL

as growth becomes a regional focus

NOTTINGHAM10 August 2015 - Two team members have been recognised for their commitment to the development of JLL's Nottingham office, with James Keeton being promoted to director and Ben Wilkinson to senior surveyor.

Ben Wilkinson who only joined JLL in late 2013 has impressed senior directors with his professionalism, client care and enthusiasm for the business.

Ben relocated to the area from Northampton where he worked for Lambert Smith Hampton for three years.  Attracted by the success JLL has been enjoying in the local marketplace, Ben's decision to join the company was largely due to its potential for career progression, which has now been rewarded.

James Keeton has also been making his mark in the company, responsible for continued key deals in the East Midlands, including the recent sale of Chapel Quarter to BA Pension fund for £25.5m and the acquisition of the 330,000 sqft Dukeries Industrial estate at Worksop for Kybotech, as well as securing JLL as agents on a number of the region's most significant schemes.

Matthew Smith, Lead Director of the Nottingham office, commented: "JLL has a real commitment to the regions as part of its future growth strategy and individuals who stand out and make a real difference have a real opportunity to be part of hugely exciting and fast moving global company.

"Both Ben and James impressed JLL's senior directors in their approach to all aspects of the business and I am delighted that their hard work and dedication is being recognised."
