Jones Lang LaSalle raises £500 for Samaritans

Southampton, 15th April 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office has received a £500 cheque for the Samaritans in an innovative way. Unlike the standard procedure companies normally use to raise money for charity, Jones Lang LaSalle have arranged for a company to use space at one of the office buildings they are currently marketing on behalf of Prupim for a photo shoot in exchange for a charitable contribution. The Samaritans are Jones Lang LaSalle’s nominated charity for 2013.

Halo Design’ required space for a photo shoot and approached Jason Webb to use the office buildings at Forum in Segensworth.

Jason Webb Director at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office commented, “I contacted Prupim, who were happy to let Halo Design use their available office space at the Forum if they made a donation to charity.  As the Forum is recognised as having some of the best office accommodation available on the South Coast, it was a great location for a design company to use for a photo shoot. We are marketing the whole scheme and suites are available to let circa 5,000st ft upwards, with individual buildings of 48- 70,000sq ft also being able to purchase by owner occupiers. In addition to the existing space, there is consent in place for up to 220,000 st ft on expansion land adjoining the scheme.”
