JLL Retail awarded Cabot Circus instruction

Cabot Circus, Bristol, is one of the UK’s largest retail destinations


​JLL's retail team has become the joint retail agent on the 1.4m sq ft Cabot Circus shopping centre in Bristol. The team, instructed by Hammerson, will join agents Lunson Mitchenall on the scheme.

Cabot Circus, which opened in 2008, is one of the UK's largest retail-led urban regeneration projects offering leisure, restaurants, a hotel, residential and student accommodation as well as a strong retail mix.

The centre has more than 120 stores, including a four-storey flagship House of Fraser offering clothing, beauty and homewares and a Harvey Nichols store. Cabot Circus is a magnet for leading global fashion brands, hosting many leading retailers including Urban Outfitters, Pull & Bear, Zara, H&M, Hollister, Zara, and Mango alongside Topshop, Next, Superdry and River Island.
