London, 18th April 2013 - Jones Lang LaSalle was honoured with three prestigious awards after being shortlisted for all six agency categories at Property Week’s annual awards ceremony held on Wednesday 17 April at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane.

Presented by comedian Bill Bailey, Jones Lang LaSalle picked up awards for the Industrial Agency Team of the Year, Investment Agency Team of the Year and Office Agency Team of the Year categories.

Commenting on this hat trick of success, Guy Grainger, UK CEO at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “Receiving such high profile recognition amongst our peers for our ability to innovate and deliver real results for our clients across a range of office, industrial and investment schemes and transactions emphasises our leading position as the chosen real estate adviser in the UK.

“To pick up three awards last night is an outstanding achievement for our teams and testament to our collegiate approach and creative thinking. I would like to congratulate everyone involved on this well-deserved success.”

Key business highlights considered by the Judges over the last year included Jones Lang LaSalle’s appointment as sole agent on DP World’s London Gateway; the investment acquisition of the iconic Battersea Power Station and the letting of 286,000 sq ft space in The St Botolph Building - the largest office deal in the City of London to complete in 2012.
