The establishment of the Managing Agents Partnership recognises the crucial role agents must play in delivering a more sustainable built environment with Louise Ellison, Chairman at the Better Buildings Partnership (BBP) commenting: “This is a very exciting step forward for the industry. Property Managers are absolutely critical to the delivery of sustainability in millions of properties throughout the UK. This initiative will provide vital support for property managers who are seeking to improve sustainability performance across their clients’ portfolios.”

Abigail Dean, Head of Sustainability in JLL’s Property and Asset Management team, added: “We are delighted to be one of the founding members of the Managing Agent Partnership. As property managers, we play a serious critical role in making the UK’s real estate more sustainable and enabling property owners to reach their sustainability ambitions. The aims of the Managing Agent Partnership are in line with our sustainability agenda, Building for Tomorrow so we are looking forward to working with our colleagues across the industry to share ideas and challenge each other to go further.”
