JLL appoints Director to its Consulting team

JLL has appointed Rachel Caldicott as Director within its Consulting team based in the firm’s London HQ.

Rachel will help spearhead the newly expanded management consulting practice and will be driving forward JLL’s capability to deliver complex client projects with a focus on strategic corporate real estate, facilities and change management advice, and associated large scale transformation programmes.

Joining from IBM Global Business Services (and formerly PwC Consulting) where she worked for 16 years, Rachel has an extensive client history and an un-paralleled track record working with significant private sector and public sector organisations to deliver major transformation and business benefits. She is a qualified chartered surveyor with a breadth of industry experience including property asset management, valuation, finance and development having started her career at St Quintin.

Shelley Frost, Head of Corporate Consulting, JLL, said: “Rachel will be delivering consulting projects covering a range of markets as well as undertaking the role of Global Strategy Lead for some of our biggest accounts. She operates very well at senior board level; particularly regarding the design and delivery of new business operating models, real estate strategy, procurement of services/accommodation, performance management and property systems. She will be a great asset to our Consulting team and ‘People and Process’ practice.”
