​Shine Cleaning Solutions Makes First Move at Eliburn Industrial Park

EDINBURGH, 20 May 2015 – Shine Cleaning Solutions, provider of commercial cleaning and window cleaning services throughout east and central Scotland, has relocated to newly completed accommodation at Eliburn Industrial Park in Livingston.

The firm is the first to move to the speculative scheme built by Gladman, which features a series of two terraces of starter units constructed from steel portal frame, incorporating cladding and insulated roof panels. Three other units on the site are now under offer to two occupiers, leaving up to 12 further units of various sizes from 1,141 sq ft available to lease.

With independent access directly from Appleton Parkway, Eliburn Industrial Park is conveniently located close to junctions 3 and 3A of the M8 motorway, and to the north west of Livingston town centre. Both Glasgow and Edinburgh are just a short distance away, and a number of other key UK cities are easily accessible by road.
JLL and GVA James Barr are jointly marketing the scheme for the owner, Gladman. They are also marketing a 1.2 acre site for sale, which is adjacent to the starter unit scheme with planning consent for industrial development of circa 20,000 sq ft.
