Saddlers Shopping Centre opens three national retail stores

15 deals secured in the last two months

London, 3rd May 2013 – Three national retail stores, Costa, Blue Inc and Ryman have opened at Saddlers Shopping Centre, reinforcing its position as the primary shopping hub within Walsall’s town centre. The new arrivals have added to the expansion of the centre with a total of 24 new jobs.

Since London property investment firm Topland bought Saddlers Shopping Centre in February 2013, 15 new deals have been made to open retail stores, bolstering the centres retail offer within the Walsall community.

Ryan Kennedy, Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s High Street Retail team, said: “It is great to see how Saddlers Shopping Centre has grown over the past couple of months since Topland’s acquisition. Increasing the retail offer with three big brands has had a significant positive effect on the local community.”

Topland has also extended leases at Saddlers Shopping Centre with Phones 4u, Subway and Warren James.
