JLL welcomes Claire Macken (nee Quinn) back to its Retail Valuation team

Claire Macken (nee Quinn) re-joins JLL as Director in the Retail Valuation team after two years spent in the Shopping Centre Investment division at DTZ where she worked with a range of clients including Aviva, Invesco and Blackstone.

Previous to this role, Claire worked in JLL’s Retail Valuation team for six years. Christian Luft, Director, Retail Valuation at JLL, said: “It’s pleasing to see past employees returning to JLL. Claire returns as part of the plan to grow our shopping centre valuation business building on her knowledge and experience of the shopping centre investment markets. In addition, the Retail Valuation team has recently welcomed Director, Cara Reynoldson, back to the team last month from maternity leave. We look to build further on a successful 2014 which included working on high profile key projects including the valuation of the Battersea Power Station redevelopment and Camden Market. Claire and Cara have specialist retail knowledge and expertise in the field and their return will provide significant opportunities to grow our client offering.”
