Jones Lang LaSalle concludes sale of historic former Terry’s Chocolate factory in Leeds

Leeds, 7th May 2013 - The Leeds residential team at Jones Lang LaSalle has successfully concluded a deal with Henry Boot Development and David Wilson Homes to purchase the historic former Terry’s Chocolate factory site on the outskirts of York. The site will see a mixed use scheme for hundreds of new homes and a state-of-the-art business centre with the first phase of a £75m programme for 270 houses and apartments expected to start later this year.

The 27-acre site was purchased for an undisclosed sum from the previous owners, GHT Developments LLP.
