JLL lets 26,523 sq ft at Antler Court
Manchester, 11th February – The industrial team at property consultant JLL has let two units at Bilsdale Properties’ Antler Court in Wigan.
Recovery business Hough Green Garage has taken the 12,895 sq ft Unit 2 on a 10-year lease at £4 per sq ft, while catering company Central Catering Services took Units 9 and 10, totalling 13,628 sq ft, on a five-year lease at £4 per sq ft.
Part of the Three Sisters Enterprise Park on the South Lancashire Industrial Estate, Antler Court is between J24 and J25 of the M6 and has easy access to both Manchester and Liverpool.
Richard Johnson, associate director, industrial and logistics at JLL, said: “There’s strong demand for well-maintained industrial accommodation across the North West and Antler Court’s popularity is evidence of this with all of the ten units now occupied.
“In addition, these deals have been delivered over tight timescales with reasonable lease terms which is testament to the quality and location of the park.”
JLL and Young & Co are joint agents on the scheme. Both tenants were unrepresented.
