JLL strengthens its Central London Office Agency team

London, 11 February 2015 – JLL has made three new appointments to its Central London Office Agency team at the start of the New Year.

Andrew Barnes has been appointed Head of Central London Tenant Representation. Barnes has 25 years’ experience working with occupiers and has advised on many landmark deals, the most recent being Havas’ pre let of 160,000 sq ft at Three; Pancras Square, Kings Cross.

Charlie Wade has also boosted the team returning from JLL Palo Alto on the West Coast where he spent two years developing new relationships with the burgeoning TMT sector. He joins as a Director, Office Agency and will be utilising his many contacts with US corporates to the benefit of JLL’s clients in London.

Alexander Low has joined as Head of Client Development. He previously worked at Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) as head of Client Relationship Management and at PWC as Business Development Manager prior to that. Low will support and drive growth in Central London Tenant Representation.

Neil Prime, Head of UK Office Agency and Board Member commented: “These latest appointments show the firm’s major commitment to growing the JLL offering in Tenant Representation and further increasing its London market share.

“We expect the balance of supply and demand to reach tipping point this year in Central London. Pre-letting activity will underpin volumes in 2015, primarily due to limited existing supply while occupier demand remains strong across Central London.”
