The Southbank’s Palace View residential site comes to market

​London, 26 January 2015 - A unique site on the Southbank of the River Thames which has planning consent for a 94,000 sq ft residential development is being brought to the market by JLL and Levy Real Estate.

The Palace View site is adjacent to the Archbishop of Canterbury’s Lambeth Palace and has consent for 55 luxury apartments, 14 affordable housing units, 7,900 sq ft of retail/office space plus other amenities including a gym, cinema and communal gardens. Levy Real Estate and JLL have been appointed by the site’s owners, RER, to market the site.

The Palace View is expected to attract strong interest from both domestic and overseas purchasers on the back of the wider regeneration taking place along the Southbank.
