Commenting on the past year, Richard Harris, managing director of Tétris UK, said: “2014 has marked a significant year of growth for us. We are now well into our 4th year in operation and have already created an established market profile with a demonstrable track record. In the past year, Tétris has delivered a number of projects of up to 35,000 sq ft. We continue to offer our clients a single point of contact throughout projects as we deliver successful completion in terms of quality, efficiency and value. All of our projects have been completed on time, to budget and to the highest of standards.”

2014 business highlights for Tétris include:
· Several key appointments including project managers, senior designers and a commercial manager making the team 20 people strong. Further team growth (+10) is planned for 2015.
· The design and fit out of JLL UK’s new London flagship headquarters, designed to inspire employees, increase productivity and nurture talent. The new office incorporates quiet rooms for concentration, spacious breakout areas for quick informal meetings, a large creative zone for flexible working and a coffee bar run by external company Department of Coffee and Social Affairs.
· Achieving top Ska sustainability standards across three projects. Project Xero, located in Milton Keynes, became the third Tétris scheme to achieve Ska Gold whilst the Silver rating was awarded to both Transport Systems Catapult and Barbican Insurance projects.

Commenting on client success, Richard Harris, said: “Tétris has completed a number of notable projects this year. For instance we were appointed to carry out the design and fit-out for The Confederation of British Industry’s (CBI) new 25,000 sq ft office in the City of London. We had the pleasure of working with Transport Systems Catapult (TSC) on the design and fit out of their 36,000 sq ft innovation centre for smart transport technology. We also completed office fit out projects for the likes of Stanley Black and Decker and Amazon this year. In 2015, we intend to deliver more in the office market, focus on retail and hospitality opportunities and expand the Tétris team offering with more specialist appointments.”

John Duckworth, responsible for JLL Occupier Services on JLL’s UK Board, concluded: “It has been an outstanding year for Tétris. Richard Harris and the team have worked hard on the internal and external brand, and around the services they provide to an increasingly wide client group. Many of these clients are confirming repeat business which is testament to the increasing quality of our design and project services. Our growth plans for Tetris are really exciting and we are looking forward to working with new and existing clients next year."
