Agent to market 14,532 sq ft at the Salford Quays Business Park
Manchester, 11th December - The office agency team at property consultant JLL has been appointed to market Digital Park in Salford Quays on behalf of landlord Northern Way Property Company. Digital Park is comprised of seven two-storey office buildings totalling 35,824 sq ft of office accommodation and JLL will market 14,532 sq ft across four units on a freehold and leasehold basis. Rents start from £15.50 per sq ft as leasehold and £150 per sq ft for the freehold. Digital Park is located on Pacific Way adjacent to MediaCityUK, the Manchester Ship Canal and the M602 new link road. The self-contained modern office premises benefit from having their own on site car parking. Andrew Rands, office agency Surveyor at JLL in Manchester, said: “Digital Park benefits from a great location with easy access to the M602 or the city centre by Metrolink. Occupiers in the area can benefit from competitive rents and freehold prices compared to competing developments, without having to compromise on having good amenities close by.” JLL and Canning O'Neil are joint agents on the scheme.
