Picton’s Queen’s House is Glasgow’s Crown Jewel

Open plan “best in class” office suites available in heart of city centre

Glasgow, 28 November 2014 – Newly-refurbished office space in a prime Glasgow city centre location is available to let.

Queen’s House, on St Vincent Place, has seven suites remaining between 1,000 sq. ft. and 2,000 sq. ft.

The accommodation is being brought to market by JLL and Ryden on behalf of Picton Property Income.

Over 6,000 sq. ft. of open-plan space in Queen’s House has already been let this year to companies including Layer Systems, Woods Associate Surveyors, Intelligent Office and Napiershall Formula.
Colin McGhee, JLL, said: “Queen’s House sits between George Square and Buchanan Street, giving it an enviable position in the heart of Glasgow’s city centre.

“The high quality design and investment made into the refurbishment of the common parts and office suites make the building an attractive proposition for established companies and dynamic start-ups alike.”

Secure basement car parking is available at Queen’s House, whose refurbishment was designed and implemented by C2 Concepts and Trident.

Buchanan Street subway station is located seconds from Queen’s House, while Glasgow Central and Queen Street train stations are both within short walking distance.

The accommodation is at the heart of Glasgow’s shopping district, with Buchanan Galleries and St Enoch Centre in close proximity.
Popular restaurant Urban Bar & Brasserie is situated on the ground floor of the Grade A listed building.
