New head of JLL’s property and asset management team for Bristol and the South West

BRISTOL, November 2014 - Leading property consultancy JLL has boosted its property and asset management team in Bristol and the South West with two new appointments and promotions.

Jo EdwardsJo Edwards has taken over as lead director of property and asset management across the South West, a business worth £1.3 million in the region and £56 million UK wide. Jo has been with the firm for 19 years and a director in property and asset management for the last ten years.

She and her team of 14 agents across the region manage commercial property assets on behalf of pension funds and investment and property companies. The team is currently responsible for 260 properties and 1300 tenants.

Caroline Cubbin has also joined the property and asset management team, having started her career with JLL in 2012 under the graduate programme.

Jeremy Richards, head of JLL’s Bristol office, said:
