JLL boosts Central London Office Agency team

Four new starters to join the team by October 2014

​LONDON, 25 September 2014 – JLL has appointed a raft of agents to its Central London Office Agency team, with four new additions scheduled to join in the next month. The appointments have been made as part of a strategy to expand the team’s capabilities within Central London’s ‘traditional core’ and establishing markets.

In City Agency, Lois Fletcher will join as a senior negotiator based in the Walbrook office. Lois joins after five years at Gerald Eve, where she specialised in the City leasing market and worked on a number of well-known office developments.

After spending a year in the City residential team, Hannah Fearnley will return to City office agency as a Director. Hannah will be working on a number of high-profile projects, providing a key link to the residential market for commercial clients with an interest in mixed-use schemes and developing business opportunities across the new geographies surrounding the City.

Michael Davis, who will be leading JLL’s focus on the new and emerging Central London markets, is due to join the team imminently. His leadership of this key growth area will increase capabilities in these markets and reinforce JLL’s market-leading position.

In the West End, Chris Valentine will join the team as an Associate Director following six years at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Widely recognised as one of the most capable and emerging talents in the West End market-place, Chris will reinforce JLL’s continued strengthening of its West End Office Agency team.

These appointments follow the recent return of three agents to West End Office Agency, with team head Adrian Crooks and agents Hunter Booth and Nick Brennan returning following two years at Land Securities and three years at JLL’s Hong Kong office, respectively.
