JLL win retail agency instruction for Le Pain Quotidien expansion

Le Pain Quotidien look to expansion beyond London

BCSC, 10th September 2014- JLL’s retail team has been instructed as sole advisors to Le Pain Quotidien for their expansion outside of London.

Le Pain Quotidien was founded in Belgium in 1990 and the bakery restaurant soon expanded into the US. The company currently operates more than 200 locations worldwide in 17 countries and restaurants offer a rustic atmosphere and communal eating tables.

JLL’s Central London Retail Agency team already advise on the lease advisory mandate for the company’s Central London portfolio. Le Pain Quotidien arrived in London in 2006 and now has 24 stores in the capital.
