Livingston Opens Doors to New Industrial Park


EDINBURGH, 27 August 2014 – Eliburn Industrial Park, Livingston’s newest industrial park, has opened its doors for business with sixteen industrial units now available for lease and sale.

Construction by Gladman Developments, commenced July 2014 with completion due in Autumn 2014. The units, arranged in two terraces and ranging in size from circa 1,145 sq.ft. (106 sq.m.) to a total of 18,600 sq.ft. (1,728 sq.m.) each have manually operated shutter doors, double glazed pedestrian access doors, landscaped outdoor areas and parking facilities. The specification allows occupiers flexibility to fit out the units to their requirements. An adjacent 1.2 acre development plot is also available to purchase, allowing for the development of a bespoke industrial unit of up to 20,000 sq. ft.

Located at Appleton Parkway in Livingston, Eliburn Industrial Park offers easy access to the M8 motorway network via junctions 3 and 3A, as well as close proximity to the town centre. The park is strategically positioned between two of Scotland’s major cities, Edinburgh and Glasgow, with several other major business hubs easily accessible by road and rail.

Other occupiers in the Eliburn area include Provident Financial Management, Gladman Developments, Fibre Photonics, Lloyds Banking Group and Sky Television.

JLL and GVA James Barr are joint agents for the site, owned by Gladman Developments Ltd.
