Reisswolf (Scotland) Limited relocate to Hillington Industrial Estate

Glasgow, 29 May 2013 – Reisswolf (Scotland) Limited, handler of confidential waste, is set to relocate to a prime industrial location following a deal to occupy premises within Hillington Industrial Estate.

The Scottish-based business which provides secure, confidential waste collection and paper shredding services to businesses throughout Scotland, has signed a lease deal to occupy the 6,785 sq ft unit at 11/13 Earl Haig Road.

The newly acquired industrial space comprises a modern refurbished warehouse unit with refurbished office space and a generous yard area to the rear.

Earl Haig Road is one of the main industrial routes within Hillington and the premises lie in close proximity to surrounding occupiers such as MGM Timber, Crest Bathrooms and DCS Group.

The area is popular with a mixture of local retail warehouse and trade counter operators, as well as traditional industrial businesses.

Bill Niven, managing director of Reisswolf (Scotland) Limited said: “The fully refurbished and presentable condition of the premises coupled with the excellent location was key to our decision making. We are confident that the property will serve our business needs very well going forward.”

Reisswolf (Scotland) Limited was unrepresented. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the private landlord.

Paul Sweeney, surveyor for Jones Lang LaSalle commented: “Our client’s property at Earl Haig Road let very quickly after refurbishment, and the property was an obvious choice for Reisswolf (Scotland) Limited due to its location within Hillington. The property was also available on flexible lease terms which remain a key factor for lettings in today’s rental market.”
