JLL announces four promotions in Leeds

And three new people join the team

Leeds, 5 August 2014 – Property consultants JLL has announced four promotions and the recruitment of three members of staff to its North East business based at City Point in Leeds.

JLL has promoted David Scott to the role of national director while Richard Gale and Richard Bean have been promoted to associate director. Laura Woodward has been promoted to the role of senior surveyor. David leads the Real Estate Workout business in the North East supported by Richard Gale; Richard Bean and Laura Woodward play key roles in the National Offices and Retail Management teams respectively.

The promotions follow the recent arrival of three new members of staff to JLL’s 100+ North Eastern team. Sam Vinall has joined as senior surveyor in the Valuation team, Nick Outram, surveyor in Buildings & Construction and James Williams as a senior surveyor in healthcare.

Lead Director of JLL’s North East region, Jeff Pearey, said; “Our success in Leeds so far this year has been driven by the superlative performances from all of our teams and I extend my thanks and congratulations to all four who been promoted. At the team time, we have also strengthened our valuation, healthcare and building consultancy teams by bringing in new talent.

“These excellent results confirm the value of our ongoing investment in our regional business and, as we head towards celebrating our 20th year in Leeds later this year, they position us for continued solid growth.

“The outlook for the property sector across Yorkshire continues to look extremely bright with only the spectre of low stocks in certain sectors appearing as small clouds on the horizon.  Interest in our region following the Tour de France has been a major coup and we are confident that businesses will be viewing Yorkshire with renewed vigour following this summer of sport.”
