JLL's Property & Asset Management team wins One Tower Bridge contract

Property & Asset Management team expanding mixed-use business

JLL’s Property & Asset Management team has been instructed by Berkeley Homes to manage the estate service charge and the retail and community aspects of its new prestigious riverside mixed used development One Tower Bridge.

The scheme, which received planning permission in 2011, comprises over 364,000 sq ft including over 400 apartments, 14,000 sq ft of shops and offices and over 60,000 sq ft of public and cultural space.
This new win follows the team’s recent instruction at Fitzroy Place in Westminster and highlights the growing capability of the team for managing major mixed-use schemes in London.

David Griffin, Director in JLL’s Property & Asset Management team, commented: “This is a cutting edge scheme situated in the heart of London and is a prestigious contract to win. Our expansion into the specialist area of mixed-use developments has been recognised in these two recent instructions and we will continue to look to increase our market share.”
Harrods Estates has been instructed to manage the residential element of the scheme.
