JLL announces leadership changes to support growth of occupier business


​JLL has strengthened its UK Occupier Services team with the recruitment  of Trevor Alldridge and John Symes who will join the firm in the autumn. 

Commenting on the new appointments, John Duckworth, responsible for JLL Occupier Services on the UK Board, said: “After working together for 20 years, initially in their own occupier advisory business, Opus 4, and for the last eleven years leading AOS Studley UK, Trevor and John have the knowledge and skills to grow our Workplace Consultancy business to be a market leader.” 

John Duckworth continued: “Workplace Consultancy advises clients on how to occupy space in a way that drives greater productivity through increased efficiency, communication and collaboration.  Trevor and John join an existing team of eight colleagues in our Workplace team already providing advice to a number of clients such as BskyB, AstraZeneca, Diageo and UBS.  JLL’s Workplace Consultancy team will be led by Trevor, with John taking on responsibility for Workplace strategy and design.” 

JLL also announced that Shelley Frost, one of the firm’s International Directors, will take on the leadership of the Occupier Strategy business with immediate effect as part of the firm’s plan to grow its occupier business.  During her nine year career at JLL Shelley has been responsible for Business Development in EMEA and London, as well as Global Client Relationship Manager for Shell.
