JLL re-appointed to HCA property panel

London, 21st July 2014 -  JLL has been re-appointed to the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) Property Panel for the next four years. The new panel is made available to a wide range of public sector bodies and will support the HCA’s expanding land role, while also helping other public bodies’ dispose of their land more quickly.
Via a simple agreement with the HCA, public bodies in England such as health and education sector organisations as well as councils and government departments will be able to select JLL directly for small instructions or via a “mini competition”.
Paul Spencer, director of Government & Infrastructure at JLL, said: “We are delighted to have been re-appointed to the HCA Property Panel. Over the last year JLL advised over 200 public sector clients up and down the country on the best use of their real estate. This appointment means both new and existing clients can access this expertise quickly and cost effectively at pre agreed ceiling rates by avoiding the need to run a bespoke procurement exercise.”
HCA Panels Manager Deborah Vogwell, said “We were very impressed by the quality of submissions we received from bidders. The panel offers the HCA and other public sector bodies the means to procure a range of property related services quickly and easily. We are very happy to provide further information to other public bodies who may wish to use the panel. The property panel and other panels we manage all help the HCA achieve its objective of working with partners to help them to deliver homes, economic growth and jobs.”
