Edinburgh, 3 June 2013 – Serviced office provider i2 Office Limited, has secured prominent and strategic office space in Aberdeen, in a move that establishes their first presence in the thriving city centre.
The Milton Keynes-based business, which is headquartered in London and currently operates in eight cities across the UK, has signed a sublease agreement with Stewart Milne Developments, to occupy 16,395 sq ft of office space at 210-214 Union Street, and 1 Huntly Street, Aberdeen. The rent has been agreed at a rate of £232,750 per annum. The business centre will be available for occupation from the end of July 2013 once an extensive refurbishment programme has been completed.
The newly acquired cellular office space is well suited to i2 Office’s operation, and will be used to supply the demand for space from Aberdeen’s soaring oil and gas industry. In a prime city centre location close to key leisure and transport facilities, the office space is ideally situated for Aberdeen-based businesses, as well as commuters travelling to and from the city.
i2 Office has achieved significant growth across the UK in recent years, providing serviced offices to suit all sizes of business as well as virtual office services and meetings rooms for hire. The company also operates i2 Access – a nationwide business lounge club that provides clients with access to the spacious, comfortable and well equipped business lounges in all of its centres.
