JLL appoints director in the South East Valuation team

London, 9th July 2014 - JLL has appointed Ian Hardman as director in the South East Valuation Advisory team based in the Warwick Street, London team to provide loan security valuation advice to JLL’s banking clients and support the expanding team.
Ian joins from Hatfield Philips and over the past 10 years has held property valuation and underwriting roles within lending institutions and advisors including Westdeutsche Immobilien Bank, CBRE Finance and Hypothekenbank Frankfurt (previously Eurohypo AG). Prior to working with Hatfield Philips, Ian worked for BNP Real Estate and Knight Frank, London and Manchester, where his clients included institutional investors such as Prudential Property Investment Managers, British Land plc, ING Real Estate and Credit Suisse Property Investment Management Ltd.
Hugh Savage, director in Valuation Advisory at JLL, said: “Ian has extensive real estate investment and mortgage banking experience across the South East and the rest of the UK. His UK property market and structured finance experience will be invaluable to the South East Valuation team particularly during the current period of increased lending activity and property market resurgence.”
Ian is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Investment Property Forum and Association of Property Lenders.​
