All homes will meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4; will be Lifetime Homes compliant; and 10% will be wheelchair adaptable.
Mark Connell, Director of Planning and Development at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “The development has great links to public transport and will help to promote sustainable travel patterns by discouraging private car ownership and encouraging the use of public transport, cycling, car clubs and car share schemes.”
