Hunter Booth returns to JLL’s West End Office Agency team

Third agent to return to UK Office Agency team in 2014

London, 25th June 2014 – JLL’s Hunter Booth has returned to its West End Office Agency team as a Director, following a three year stint at the firm’s Hong Kong Office.

Hunter will return to the West End team, where he previously worked for five years, to provide strategic real estate advice to developers and occupiers. He will be based at the firm’s Warwick Street office, reporting to head of the division Adrian Crooks.

Hunter is the third agent to return to JLL’s UK Office Agency team in 2014, with Adrian Crooks returning to lead the West End Office agency team in January after two years at Land Securities, and Marianne Thomas re-joining the South East Office Agency division in May, as a Director.

Neil Prime, Head of UK Office Agency at JLL said: “We’re pleased to welcome Hunter back to the UK Office Agency team; it’s not only a great time to be at JLL but also an exciting time to work in the London market.

“As London is set to change rapidly in the coming years, with growth and expansion of traditional markets occurring as a result, we are placing an increased focus on ensuring that we have the talent and expertise needed to deliver the best possible client service. To this end, it’s great to see a number of ex-colleagues returning, bringing with them new approaches, useful contacts and fresh ideas.”

Adrian Crooks, Head of West End Office Agency at JLL said: “It’s great to have Hunter back in the UK and both myself and the rest of the team look forward to working alongside him again.

“This is proving to be a time of real growth for the West End team as we commit to investing in our future and plan to further expand the team.  It’s been a busy half year so far, with a number of key instructions won and deals done, and we look forward to building upon this during the remainder of the year.”
