JLL opens dedicated residential sales & lettings office in Kensington

LONDON, 28th March 2014 - The residential team at JLL has announced the opening of a dedicated sales and lettings office in Kensington. Located at the prestigious 375 Kensington High St development by St Edward, and adjacent to the entrance of Charles House, this flagship office will support this exclusive development and maintain JLL’s close relationship both with the Berkeley Group and the surrounding prime Central London area.

The office will be headed up by Thomas Middleditch as Branch Manager who has nine years of residential sales & lettings experience in the London market. Thomas brings to JLL his wealth of knowledge in the estate agency business, having worked very closely with both UK and overseas clients. His understanding and experience of the market ensures our clients will receive the best possible service and professional advice.

Ken Deamer, Residential Director and Head of London Estate Agency at JLL comments: “By opening a dedicated office at this important development, we are providing an essential service to our clients in managing their property investment and at the same time increasing our agency presence across prime and central London.”

Deamer goes on to add: “In our residential forecasts for 2014, JLL predicts new Central London developments will see positive house price growth of circa 8%. London’s strong demand profile means that this will always be a desirable market to invest in, both for domestic and international purchasers with many viewing London as a safe haven with an increasingly stable economy.”

Andrew Frost, Head of Residential at JLL also comments: “This is another very positive step forward in supporting our clients. The new Kensington office reaffirms the commitment of JLL to the expansion of the residential business and the confidence that we have in the Central London development market.”
