Internal Move for Sustrans at Edinburgh’s Transport Hub

Charity relocates

EDINBURGH, 25 March 2014 - Sustrans Scotland, a leading UK charity specialising in the promotion of sustainable travel, has relocated within Rosebery House, Haymarket, moving from the ground floor to the first floor.

Following the recent transaction the charity now occupies 4,984 sq ft of fully refurbished open plan office space within Rosebery House – an increase on the size of space it has used since moving to Edinburgh’s west end in 2011.

JLL acted on behalf of Aviva Investors. Sustrans Scotland was represented by Eric Young & Co.

Craig Watson, Director, Office Agency, for JLL commented: “With Edinburgh’s tram lines installed and Haymarket rail station fully refurbished, Haymarket is a crucial transport hub for Edinburgh. Sustrans has identified an excellent opportunity to capitalise on this, and will no doubt continue to benefit from such an excellent location at Rosebery House as the trams go live this year.”
