Edinburgh, 13 January 2013 - SKYCIG, a leading UK electronic cigarette brand, has secured a five year lease for premises at Clifton Trading Estate in Newbridge to support the operation of its expanding business. The company has agreed a deal with a fund of CBRE Global Investors, for the lease of Unit C2, a mid-terraced unit on the estate. The refurbished property comprises 10,538 sq ft along with an extensive shared yard and car parking space.
Clifton Trading Estate, part of Newbridge Industrial Estate, lies at the intersection of Scotland’s major motorway networks, the M8 and M9, on the outskirts of Scotland’s capital. Other occupiers on the estate include Howdens Joinery, APC Overnight and Plumb Centre.
