London, 10th December 2013 - UK fashion chain Warehouse have taken a new lease on a 3000 sq ft store at 264 Oxford Street.
The ground and mezzanine store will be taken on by Warehouse for a rental of £782,500 per annum exclusive. The letting represents a zone A price of around £800 per sq ft.
Martin Thomas, Head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Central London Retail Lease Advisory commented: “This new letting shows the continued lure that Oxford Street has for big name UK retailers. We are noticing a continuing spike in demand from international retailers as well as domestic retailers like Warehouse.”
