Tauff relocates to Southampton trade park

Southampton, 27th January 2014 – Jones Lang LaSalle has let unit 9, Southampton Trade Park, to Stauff on a new 10 year lease on behalf of CBRE Global Investors. The trade counter premises became available after Lambert Smith Hampton surrendered the unit on behalf of their client Nauta BV.

TauffJones Lang LaSalle completed the letting on a new 10 year lease. Unit 9 benefits from an eight metre eaves height together with a high quality office fit out. Stauff, which operates throughout the UK servicing the hydraulic industry, is relocating from Millbrook Trading Estate. They join occupiers such as Tile Giant, Newey and Eyre, Crown Paints, Auto Windscreens, Cleaning Supplies Direct, Poingdestres, Hydroscand and Carpet Range.

Matthew Poplett, Director in Industrial and Logistics Agency, at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office, said: “The estate is very well located just off Third Avenue and Millbrook Road West, close to Southampton city centre and the bottom of the M271.  The area is seen as the main trade counter location in Southampton, and we have been instructed jointly with Lambert Smith Hampton to market the most prominent unit on the estate. Unit 12 is at the estate entrance and comprises 9,825 sq ft with good loading and unloading provisions and plenty of car parking. The quoting rent for this unit is £8.50 sq ft.”
