Jones Lang LaSalle adds to talent pool with industrial appointment

Andrew Lynn joins North West team as associate director

Manchester, 24th June 2013 – Property consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Andrew Lynn as an associate director in its North West industrial and logistics team.

Lynn, (31) who joins the business in August, has 10 years’ experience including roles with Lambert Smith Hampton, Davies Harrison and developer Property Alliance Group, where he spent two years as a development surveyor and asset manager. His most recent role was as a portfolio manager at The Cooperative Estates.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s industrial and logistics team is appointed on some of the region's most high-profile schemes and developments - including Omega in Warrington, Howarth Estates’ Logistics North in Bolton (the former Cutacre site) and Kingsway Business Park in Rochdale.

Dan Burn, head of the North West Industrial and Logistics team at Jones Lang LaSalle, said: “We’ve known Andrew for years and are thrilled to have managed to tempt him back to consultancy.  He has a great reputation in the market and brings considerable insight and experience from working both within the industrial agency sector and for asset managers and developers at a regional and national level.

“With seven fee-earners in the North West, we remain the region’s largest industrial team and we continue to advise on nationally significant instructions.”

Andrew Lynn added: “Working in client-side positions has been a great experience but having spent the majority of my career in the sheds market, I’m excited to be returning to agency by joining the market-leading team in the North West.”
