Jones Lang LaSalle launches Midlands Real Estate Work Out team with recruitment of two senior directors

Alistair Wright and Simon Hunt to join from GVA

Birmingham, 5 December 2013 – Real estate adviser Jones Lang LaSalle has today announced it has launched a new Real Estate Workout team in the Midlands following the recruitment two senior directors from GVA’s Birmingham office.

Alistair Wright and Simon Hunt, who have 40 years’ combined experience in corporate recovery and turn around work, are to join Jones Lang LaSalle’s Birmingham office as joint heads of the new Midlands team in the New Year. Working closely with colleagues in the firm’s Real Estate Work Out team, their remit is to serve the needs of banks, loan servicers, insolvency practitioners and restructuring professionals involved with distressed property across all sectors in the region. Both are experienced fixed charge receivers.
