Jones Lang LaSalle appointed leasing agent on White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds

Leeds, 2nd August 2011 - Land Securities has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle’s Retail Agency team as leasing agent on White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds.

White Rose Shopping Centre is a regional shopping centre situated approximately four miles south west of Leeds city centre.  The scheme comprises 685,000 sq ft of retail space, 77 shops and an upper level food court.  White Rose is anchored by Debenhams, Sainsbury’s, Primark and Marks & Spencer. Fashion anchors include Next, Hennes, Zara, Topshop and New Look.

Land Securities has secured an outline planning consent to increase both the A1 and A3 provision in the scheme presenting the opportunity to further enhance the tenant mix by introducing new retail and restaurant operators to White Rose.
