Bristol, 19 July 2012 – Staff at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bristol office have raised nearly £4,000 through a fundraising event for their chosen charity of the year.

The office team organised a ‘Contractor’s Pub Games’ which hauled in £3,880 for North Bristol NHS Trust’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Southmead Hospital.
The NICU is a well-established neonatal service with specialist medical and neurological treatment providing intensive care, high dependency care, special care and transitional care for hundreds of babies each year.
Last year the Jones Lang LaSalle team managed to raise £19,000 Bristol-based meningitis charity ‘a LIFE for a CURE’.
Vicky Lorych, who is joint charity chairman with Laura Gardner at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bristol office said:
“We fundraise annually for our chosen charities and are delighted that we could open up this activity to our partner contractors. It’s a great way for us to build relationships whilst benefitting such a worthwhile cause.
“It’s not easy to ask people spare their ‘free time’ these days so a huge thank you must go out to everyone who made the effort and got us off to such a fantastic start.”

The Jones Lang LaSalle Bristol team will continue fundraising throughout the year and will be handing over the funds to the NICU at Southmead in early 2013.
