Jones Lang LaSalle sells Warrington office block

Property consultant sells 10,800 sq ft building to Nomenca

Richard WhartonManchester, 30 October 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle has sold 10,800 sq ft of office accommodation at 930-932 Millennium Business Park, in Birchwood, Warrington on behalf of British Steel Pension Fund for an undisclosed sum.

The self-contained, two storey, office accommodation was sold to design and build solution provider, Nomenca.

Richard Wharton, Director, at Jones Lang LaSalle said: “Demand for well-located freehold office accommodation in the North West continues to strengthen and the market has options which are attractive to occupiers looking to take on ownership.

“Millennium Business Park’s popularity in the region is well demonstrated by the quick sale of the self-contained accommodation.

“The park boasts direct access to the M62 and the M6, and the unit features 42 on-site car parking spaces, well-suited to providing a base for Nomenca’s regional office in Warrington.”

Jones Lang LaSalle and BE Group acted as joint agents on the deal and Nomenca was unrepresented.
