Hat trick of deals for Valad at io centre Redhill, Surrey

London, 18 March 2009 – A hat trick of lettings at io centre on Salbrook Road Industrial Estate in Redhill, Surrey has brought an impressive line up of new occupiers to the scheme.

Jones Lang LaSalle, joint leasing agents with Vail Williams, has advised Valad on the arrival of The Canadian Spa Company who has agreed terms on the trade centre units totalling 8,844 sq ft; while unit 29 on Plot 2, which totals 2,500 sq ft, has been leased to Horsham based garden machinery company, Horace Fuller.  In a third success, units 9 and 10, totalling 15,455 sq ft, have been let to Photo-Me International on a ten-year lease.

The remainder of the scheme offers high quality warehouse
units located directly off the A23, approximately five miles from junction 8 of the M25. There are currently units from 2,589 to 17,199 sq ft available immediately, on either a leasehold or freehold basis.
